The government of Pakistan has launched a foreign media facilitation centre to provide guidance to foreign media personnel.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MOIB), in their post on X, said, “We’re glad Islamabad is keeping everyone engaged, that’s what a city at the centre of global diplomacy looks like. For clarity: a dedicated Foreign Media Facilitation Centre has been established at Axis Hall, 1st Floor, Mövenpick Hotel, F-8/4, Islamabad.”

“Our teams are present on-site to assist all visiting journalists and ensure smooth processing and coordination. Given the scale of international coverage, some wait time can occur, but every effort is being made to facilitate everyone efficiently. And as for the “circus” we’d simply call it the world’s attention focused on Islamabad”, the department added.
