Afghanistan Deputy Defense Minister’s Convoy attacked in Paktia; Two commanders injured

The convoy of Afghanistan’s Deputy Defense Minister Hamidullah Akhundzada and Sher Zaman, also known as Mukhlis Yar, the head of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan’s (Fatna Al-Kharij) Omar Media, was attacked in Paktia province. Both commanders were reportedly seriously injured in the attack.
