Missile attack intercepted in Doha, loud explosions heard

Qatar Ministry of Defence confirmed on Monday that the country’s armed forces intercepted a missile attack, after loud explosions were heard over Doha.


Authorities sent a national emergency alert at around 3:00pm local time, asking residents to stay indoors as the security threat level was raised.
